Our mission is to provide opportunities in our community using unique family-friendly ways to celebrate Halloween while raising money for scholarships and schools.
History continues to show how much of a team effort this event is. Every year, our participants, donors, and the amazing sponsors come through for us, making the annual Halloween Festival possible!
All funds are put back into our community, funding children’s events, education scholarships, and local school media centers.

Committee meetings are the 4th Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Anoka Legion on Main Street in Anoka, Minnesota. Meetings are not held in the month of December. Anoka’s Halloween, Inc. is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization. The Anoka Halloween Festival is planned and coordinated entirely by volunteers.
